The Government and Health & Safety Executive are calling upon teachers to air their views on red tape.
The appropriately-dubbed Red Tape Challenge is seeking the opinions of the public, business community and industry bodies, amongst others, on regulations. Health & Safety regulation is one of six themes up for discussion throughout the duration of the project, but there is currently a three-week focus on this aspect of the consultation under way.
To have your say, head to redtapechallenge.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/home/index before July 21st. The comments that are received will inform the Government’s ultimate decision on which regulations exist for everybody’s benefit, which are in need of tweaking, and which should be ushered into the nearest building site without a hard hat on.
