If your school is one of the increasing number of primaries bringing iPads into the classroom, we have good news. The Collins Big Cat story creator apps are now free to download – so get in there quickly, before they change their minds.

The eight interactive ebooks offer more than just a good read, they also allow pupils and teachers to record their own narration, while the ‘story creator’ section gives children the tools to create their own books using characters, key vocabulary and backgrounds from the original.

Be sure to pass the news on to mums and dads as well since the app also includes guidance for parents to get the most out of the book.
