Team Superschools (TSS) is an inspirational and exciting way of raising funds for primary schools using the power of sport.

By promoting a healthy lifestyle and raising aspirations, Team Superschools shows children they can break down barriers and achieve their dreams!

Led by Olympic champions Darren Campbell MBE and Jason Gardener MBE, the Team Superschools challenge gives pupils a unique opportunity to rub shoulders with a star-studded lineup of Olympic and Paralympic heroes.

These world-class athletes share their wealth of experience by delivering enthralling sessions that are both motivational and fun.

Darren and Jason have been fortunate to enjoy success on the biggest stage of all, but their love of sport began at primary school where they were encouraged by their teachers to be the best they could be. Jason comments:

“Being given the opportunity to do sport at primary school truly changed our lives. It is our mission to provide the opportunity for children and teachers to be inspired and given the chance to experience something similar and hopefully, more special.”

Over the past 11 years, Team Superschools has reached over 538,000 pupils across the country and helped raise more than £788,000 in funding for schools. This additional investment has proved critical in purchasing new school resources including Physical Education, IT and general school equipment.

Team Superschools is a primary school focused business with an outstanding 11-year record. School bookings are often centred on providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for the children. They cover extensive parts of the country with teams in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Exeter.

On the day itself, an event leader puts the children through their paces (an exercise circuit) with an emphasis on inclusion, enjoyment and participation with exercises to suit all ages and abilities.

Following this, the star ambassador hosts a whole-school assembly in which they promote messages such as trying your best, setting goals, building resilience and overcoming adversity.
