Do you have children in your school who are mad about animals?
Are you interested in running an out-of-school club with a difference? Why not run a club about animals?
PDSA Pet Club is an activity-based scheme with three progressive levels; bronze, silver and gold, with each one building on the learning of the previous level. The resource packs contain everything you need to run an interactive and creative club about animals.
Each level consists of eight fully resourced sessions, which have been accredited by Children’s University and can be used towards passport awards. Each Pet Club member also receives their own club handbook, full of information, quizzes and competitions and every club receives a poster to advertise their sessions, and a copy of Animal Antics magazine for each club member. In addition, clubs also receive termly emails with extra seasonal resources.
You don’t need to have knowledge of the topic yourself and the club can be run in a range of environments. All you need is a computer, projector, access to a printer and a willingness to have lots of fun.
So, what are you waiting for?
Join the club that everyone is talking about today!
