A TeachMeet on languages has been scheduled for the 5th April at Robin Hood Primary School in Birmingham.
A TeachMeet, if you haven’t come across one before, is all about teachers helping other teachers, with education professionals gathering to share inspirational ideas, techniques and resources.
It’s free to attend and you can go along to chat, meet new people or give a presentation yourself. Anyone can present – it’s not scary and you don’t need to be an expert.
Already signed up to give seven minute micro presentations are Simone Haughey, who’ll be talking about teaching Mandarin in primary schools, and Mark Purves, who is sharing how he likes to put the ‘Mmmm!’ factor into lessons.
